In this months Bulletin - the excellent Mag from MTWC - there is an Ad from www.fairbournecarriages.com featuring a full width M3W "aero screen enhancement package" - it looks like a replica from a 30s 3W - and v handsome too!

Priced "from £250 + VAT" it seems good value to me.

There is not a pic on their web site but contacts are Duncan or Francis Wood 01622 859502

Could be of interest?! cheers

Fairbourne Carriages is a great place. Hopmog have a trip there later this year following a previous successful visit there a while back.

They are keen MTW racers, and have several in various states of repair dotted around their sheds. Their main business is the repair and restoration of horse-drawn carriages in which they maintain many traditional crafts. They are REAL craftsmen!

If I am reliably informed, there is already a M3W in the USA with one fitted.

Not sure about a Hood - think it would change the driving experience too much? And radically change the look of the car? drive

What do others think? confused2

For someone across the pond, like me that does not yet own a M3W, how would one go about getting a subscription to the Mag from MTWC? Or is it a perk from ownership?

Thanks.

Speaking personally Dan, it's a waste of money. I stumped up to join this year & there's nothing on it for five speeders.

Stick on here, it's far better.

Come on Dan when are you going for that test drive & placing an order? Or is it all in the anticipation?

Tim.
