Got everything ready to pull the motor out tomorrow. I had forgotten the feeling of struggling to undo the bolts in almost impossible spots and the that rush of pain as they give way and you belt your knuckles on a piece of steel. Glad I am doing this myself and pulled it back from dodgy dan the mechanic. So far I have found a couple of hose clamps not tightened, several bolts loose and a wire not connected.
Picked up another bellhousing and starter today, looking hopefull to be mobile by Easter

Drove to work in Scarlet today. Chris Evans has declared today Classic Car Drive Day (or similar) so..... just the excuse to drive her. Was smiling on the way and will smile on way home.
