AP front brakes. Anybody had the pins drift out whilst driving. Pushed them back in again as I heard the grinding of the loose pad. Not good for the anus!! Comments?

Yup.
I'm not familiar with the calipers as fitted to Aeros, but there should be some method to prevent the pins self extracting, be that split pins through the pin, or (in earlier forms) the pins actually being very long split pins.

I would have thought all pins should have a hole drilled in them and an 'r-clip' fitted.

If assembled correctly they will not come loose on there own accord.
