New car series starts tonight at 20:00hrs on Channel 4 with Philip Glenister (Gene Hunt from "Life on Mars"). Tonight's episode (1 of 6) is on the Ford Escort Mexico.
May be worth a watch...

I think I read somewhere that they were filming at Shelsley Walsh...not sure which episode. I'll be watching it.

Well if that family were fronting it, I'd be out mowing the lawn. Good job that they stick to sarf Lunnon, maybe.. Escorts have always had 'that' image, which is probably why I went the MG route as a young man.

It was easy watching for an hour YES, but mostly froth and lacked any real substance. There wsnt any real history about the model. It was as much as commercial for these people: Saarf Lonon as anything else. Next week is about the Land Rover Defender. I'll bet they maul that horribly. Please don't let them feature a Morgan...
