I have a date booked in early June to take my S1, to Infinity Exhausts,just of jct 18 M4 to make my sports exhaust a bit more credible.They plan to replace the existing exhaust boxes with smaller ones. Less equals more. They do work for Williams, and are doing ongoing tests for Trad models. I will keep you informed.

Ordinarily diffuser and morgan are not words I would of naturally pair, but a quick bit of googling has me also wanting one of those. Not that I am a big kid at heart you understand.

Yes Stuart....Thanks I saw you too parked a little further down. I made the mistake of following my friend and his mate down in their F1 GTR's.......All cameras pointed at them. I have a date booked in early June to take my S1, to Infinity Exhausts,just of jct 18 M4 to make my sports exhaust a bit more credible.They plan to replace the existing exhaust boxes with smaller ones. Please keep me posted on this and if sensible they could make up a second set for me without me having to travel. My local Mog garage suggest that a few of their customers have virtually knocked out the silencers completely leaving just the cats to do the work.....Reckon it sounds good.

My two cents on side exhausts.
Pros:
- Sound
- Look
- Higher ground clearance (in my case)
Cons:
- Noise (if a V8 can make any kind of noise)
- Sound seems to come from one side only
Suggestion:
- Go for them!
PS If you could have an exhaust fit with valves, it would probably be the ideal solution.

Side exhausts fitted to my S1, also had the s3/S4 diffuser fitted as well.
Look really good.
Exhaust boxes much smaller, but quiet at tick over and light throttle, but nice and noisy when accelerating hard.
Infinity exhaust fitted the side exhaust, stayed with the original cats as I think sports cats may have got the MIL light glowing and it's plenty noisy enough. Infinity do the sport exhaust for William Morgan. I used the standard Morgan aluminium trims, so the exhausts look the same as a standard S2 etc.
Brian Miller fitted the diffuser, it looks really good and looks like it was designed for S1. Needed a bit of fettling to fit, took him 5 hours, but great job.
