Does anyone know of a parts cross reference chart .For many cars i have owened and some of those i still do, such a chart details other vehicles that a particular part is used on , often this make sourcing the part much easier and often cheaper. As morgan use many parts from other manufactures i immagine this does exist somewhere .
The reason is that i would like new brake discs for my 1996 +8 , i dont object to the prices at UK dealers but its the shipping ,taxes and duty that i get hit with on overseas orders to Canada that is tough to swallow , especialy if i later find that they are avaliable localy if i had only known what vehicle they were originaly sourced from .
Thanks Dave

Dave,

We have a similar problem in Australia, as some of the motors were never imported over here. I would purchase a good set of digital vernier calipers as a starting point, and make sure you have a good internet connection. Sometimes the UK suppliers will tell you of an equivalent part if you ask.
