Drove to Millers today to get new tyres. So from Great Missenden to Wycombe what 8 miles each way.
The clouds opened at Hughendon but the hood worked.
Thankfully the car was inside whilst it hailed down.
Is the world ending?

Drove from Cwmbran to Dulverton in my new to me + 4 rained on and off but I was nice and dry. Love the car and nothing but praise for Peter Constable at Newtown motors.

Oh Yes: Sanary-sur-Mer to St Tropez. (It's about 60 miles each way). The Porch and Ferrari types do sometimes creep up behind, draw level, then floor the throttle. Thunder and lightening rained desert dust on us this afternoon. My significant other half is planning to go shopping tomorrow and my Garmin GPS has given up on me so don't expect to go far.

What a few days it's been, drove down from Belfast to Waterford stayed overnight then went across to Galway on the minor roads, 0vernight at Glenlo Abbey, then a hard run up the N17(stone walls and the grass is green)to Donegal, overnight at Harvey's Point. Today has been a tad more leisurely with a short blast North to the Dark Hedges and a stop over in Port Rush.
Tomorrow it's back to Belfast with an overnight ferry and heading down to Waddesdon Manor Saturday evening.
It's been a stunning few days, let's hope for a long hot summer.
