never had an issue with my 15.5" lempert wheel but i will agree that it is a tight one.

as for the comfort kit and smaller steering wheels, i actually found that a larger wheel was more helpful given that you're doing a larger amount of turning with the comfort kit (sorry for the not so technical explanation).

to each their own.

I cannot fault my wheel and am pleased I had it leather covered. 340 miles yesterday finishing on Route Napoleon and Gorge Verdon kept it working

Yeh, I think it is a personal thing, I've always liked small wheels, as long as the effort isn't too high, and now, with the Empire kit on, it isn't, so small suits me.

340 miles in a day in the M3W is a lot but those are some fantastic miles to do. I did the same route in a Lotus a couple of years ago, unforgetable.
