My morning so far:

1: Trying to get Talk Talk to replace my faulty router. Duration of phonecall 35 minutes: Frustration score out of 10 = 9

swear banghead

2: A phonecall to Headley Insurance to renew Stanley's insurance and advise them of my forthcoming trip to France.
Duration; about 5 minutes. Frustration score out of 10, Zero.
love

I know that feeling well - unfortunately, my calls to them usually go on for over an hour and we have several holiday cottages it means many calls to TalkTalk! What really annoys me is that to solve a problem you usually get moved to 3-4 different people and have to explain the whole problem from the beginning again and each time they try and up sell you something you don't want.

I am just woundering, if Talk Talk held your insurance for your car and Headley covered your phone service what their score would be

Talk Talk 10/10
Headley 1/10

Thank God for Morgan Calming phsycology

After 1 too many bad experiences with CarPhone Warehouse, owners of TalkTalk until 2011, I vowed to never, ever deal with that Company again. Nothing has changed to make me alter my position.

I get phones and broadband from BT. Perhaps I could save a few quid but at what frustration level? BT's support people are better than our company in house people. What more can I say?

Yes. There comes a point when saving money by going to the cheapest produces stress out of all proportionto the saving involved. I use plusnet. It irritate no end that they have way cheaper deals for new customers only. But their system works, the staffspeak broad yorkshire so I stay with them.

I've never heard anybody praise Talk Talk - only misery! I wonder how they stay in business
