I was very nearly a Triumph man, I just didn't have enough money for that dark blue F reg Spitfire.

I've always liked Triumphs and if I had the garage space, I would look for a nice GT6. Doddle to work on and a lovely engine. I hope that is not a treasonable offence to put that on TM

I'm rather taken by GT6's and prices aren't too bad either.

I'm rather taken by GT6's and prices aren't too bad either. I used to have one when I was 22 years old. It sat outside a house in the village I live in for 2 weeks with a for sale sign, in the end I could not resist, it was owned by a RAF pilot and was at his parents and he no longer had time to use it, had only done 28K miles and was mint in Wedgewood Blue with black interior. I succumbed and raised the cash, owned it for 2 years, regularly drove it down to Croyde from London with a Surf Board on the roof and slept in it. Lovely memories, was quick and a bit interesting if you took bends aggressively, tricky in the wet. Generally a fun car.

You can NOT do any courting a Triumph I tried worse than a mog I think. I'm rather taken by GT6's and prices aren't too bad either.

Does the OLD ONE apply to the car or the girl . You can NOT do any courting a Triumph I tried worse than a mog I think. I managed in a Mini, in the front, the old one.
