No sorry guys - and I often find fault with the French - but the worst offenders are not the Brits but the Swiss, Germans, Italians and French in no particular order. I think this is just rubbish reporting again. Rant over.

Although he never actually said that? It was a classic bit of Sellers comedy...  is not amused by the Pink Panther films, but I could watch them again on a moderately regular basis

The week of Le Mans Classic means every petrol addict in the EU (and I bet the British make up a solid % of them) head for one place down well known routes. Then again it means people are choosing to ignore the law around other petrol heads. Accidents just waiting to happen !

The lesson has not been learnt. The Frogs have always hated Le RosBif but everytime the Crouts invade the Frogs, we Brits defent them. And for what? The next time, and it cannot be long, we should side with the Crouts and squeeze the Frogs till they pop. We'll keep Acquitane which really is GB, give Northern France to the Belgians, The Crouts can reclaim their old lands, Paris we'll give to Greece out of spite, und we vill share ze Alps mit ze Krouts und antzing else ve vill give to Iceland.

I'm sure that some are overdoing it but the article makes it clear that the French plod are targeting Brits as a way of raising money. They are ignoring most French speeders.
