My dealer has quoted me fitting costs and while they are a good portion of the parts costs , they are not showstoppers. I personally would not fit them myself while the car is under warranty - you just never know. The other imponderable is until the MTWC decide on the modification rules for racing I dont see the point. There is every chance you will spend a lot money to find yourself racing in a class of your own - not much fun. I believe this will be decided at this years MTWC AGM which is in the next month or so. The guide is the existing classes for 2 and 3 speeders - which roughly are Factory unmodified , Touring and Racing - Racing being anything goes, Touring is basic factory approved add ons. I have simplified but I think the idea is correct ? I am expecting to see similar for 5 speeders. The upshot is Mark Reeves/factory racer will be in a new class, while everyone who has competed in 2014 will be equal, which seems fair. Roll on the AGM ....

£10k !!! For how much bhp ? and then there's no mention of geometry set up or brake improvement ..that seems a hell of a lot of money

And it started as a plain block of aluminium. Way beyond my capabilities.
