Peter you shock me I thought your goal was power and torque, and remember that there have been even more powerful engines put in trad chassis, albeit for racing.

Certainly, but within reasonable limits. I would have ordered the 3 litre Roadster if it had still been available.

For the road I think I would risk getting into trouble with my, let us say, enthusiastic driving style in a Mustang engined Roadster. On the track is a different thing; more run off area, one way traffic, excellent road surface ect. and one would be prepared to drive much harder than one should on the public road.

My bet is that it is an entirely new model that is a cross between the Aero and the Roadster. Front subframe in steel on an aluminium tub, double wishbone front suspension, independent rear, V6 engine, auto option, air option, stereo option. Maybe even with ABS and airbags.

I've always said a +6 based on the AERO chassis would be a fine thing!

Good luck with your new motor thumbs
