A couple of pics on tinypic then.

This was a look-see lash-up but is working well therefore might be permanent, knowing me!

It couldn't be simpler.The baseboard is 4mm hardboard with two wooden blocks attached. The baseboard fits snuggly between the chassis members and the pedal bracket. Satisfy yourself that there will be no fouling of the pedals - mine seems well clear and stable. The space between the blocks is left since I didn't want any possibility of obscuring access to the brake pedal.
The forward mat can be secured to the back of the baseboard so that it does not slide forward under the pedals.
I operate the clutch pedal by leg movement from the knee. If you normally use ankle movement only, you might find the clutch heel rest awkward.
