Heather has a rather old (senior) moth eaten one from her infanthood who has resided on our bed since marriage 41 years ago.
Neither he nor I seemed to have suffered any ill/after effects, but Heather well that's a tale for another day....

Heather has a rather old (senior) moth eaten one from her infanthood who has resided on our bed since marriage 41 years ago.
Neither he nor I seemed to have suffered any ill/after effects, but Heather well that's a tale for another day....
I had one too as a child. If I remember correctly mine had a green jacket. Would have gone nicely on my green Mog with its - am I allowed to say or not "black" wire wheels?!

A chap was prosecuted under the race relations act for calling a welsh bouncer, a Taff. So does that now mean that we cannot call someone a Georgie or Scoucer without fear of prosecution by the PC police. What about TaffMog ? Should they now change their name to WelshMog. The whole world has gone mad. Neil - a cockney, but you cant call me that.  Just had a quick look at this. He was charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, not under the Race Relations Act. The offence was alleged to have been racially aggravated. Cheltenham Magistrates' Court heard how Davis was very drunk and abusive after being thrown out of Harry's Bar in Gloucester in January. At a previous hearing Graham Dono, prosecuting, told magistrates Davis turned to his brother and said: "Don't talk to them, they're f*****s". He then turned to a female, English, police officer and added: "Are you f**king taffs as well? You can f**k off'." The lorry driver admitted being offensive but denied in court that what he said was racist. He was acquitted. I knew someone would spoil a good story. Never let the facts get in the way of a good story. i used to collect Robinsons jam G@@@@@@gs as a young nipper and am still the proud owner of a little metal badge. Shame I have to keep it in its little box, but one day I shall wear it with pride.

I knew someone would spoil a good story. Never let the facts get in the way of a good story. Sorry about that, it turns out the bloke was just a toerag who deserved everything that got thrown at him. Shame it didn't stick.

Heathers has Red trousers - plaid waistcoat and a pink bolero style jacket with black tufty things attached randomly on it. He certainly makes Robertson look fairly straight - what I mean is ........

...In late July I was "required" by my employer to spend a morning on a training course designed to bring us all up to speed on the consequences of recent changes in UK law pertaining to Diversity, Prejudice and Respect in the work place.
My conclusion? Yes the world has gone mad.
The only safe way to address, or refer to a colleague is by his or her family name, so Mr Stride it must be, unless the person has specifically infrmed me that it is acceptable to call him or her by their given nicknames. So may I address you as John?

Sorry for the rant, but it really gets to me!
Oh excellent. I am being forced on to this course on Thursday, where my opening gambit will be "This is all Fecking b*llocks" and I will see how long it takes before they convince me that I will have to say "This is all copulating testacles"? Saving grace? The prisons are simply not big enough to hold all of we foul-mouthed workers. Solution : put all of the "offended" in prison and let the rest of us enjoy our ribald humour. Cheers
