Not sure if I've shared this with you girls

It's clear that I'm not at all right in the cabbage department but I think I'm getting worse

Ever since I could hold a sponge I've been licking and cleaning cars and not much using them through fear of getting them dirty

Well things have been on the turn as many of you will have noticed with the Ratsun etc and with winter upon us and having to place cars in cotton wool for the next 9 months isn't doing it for me

This latest piece of plop comes in the form of a 62 series 1 Etype 3.8 FHC

I've sorted the mechanicals out to perfection...It drives like new believe it or not

I'm gonna piss off the Etype bobble hats with this one

RatEEEE

As discovered in a half eaten barn....car had 4" of water inside so I knew the floors weren't dot

8 months later

And MOT booked for tomoz

I love the concept, mechanically perfect, cosmetically a dump. As you say, it will totally pi** off the anoracks...

Hi Nick,

I rebuilt a 61 Flat floor some years ago and know quite a bit about Series 1 E-type and restoring, looks like your doing a good job. Just one question did you check the integrity of the space frame, I presumed you would but just in case, they can rot inside to out and can then fold up?

cheers

Lee - love the 'Rat Pack' pictures on your drive, especially the first one. And that Ratsun... love

I'd much rather see cars like this - it simply says "I like old cars" - rather than "I've got OCD" or "I use pristine old cars to show off how much I can afford to spend on detailling".

Good on yer. cheers

Thanks Guys

It's a strange one...MOT'd today...the looks I got at the fuel station were disbelief.

A treacle at the village post office just now fell in love with it and aked what it was....."sooo long and beautiful" she said

I hat to check I wasn't flying low.

There won't be a story with this one so much much to keep you informed about....this is it. As some of you know I restored a S1 4.2 to infinite detail and have just sold it as I could not use and enjoy it without destroying its value and condition
