Years ago a friend and myself looked at the business case for setting up kennels for cars. The idea was rent an industrial unit mark out bays, have battery charging facilities at each bay with the whole place kept at a constant temperature and humidity......the actual set-up would have been simple but what we would have had to charge would have been too high... we were even going to put a couple of maintenance bays in. Had a few people interested for when they were on there travels and a few who wanted to be permanent residents. At the time we looked at units in the Reading/ Wokingham area....

"Bankock lady boys coming to Newcastle " I know the feeling JTL.....I'm off next month to Bangkok for my nephews wedding. He wants me to join him at his stag do.......and lady boys, ping pong balls etc will feature no doubt!  I've then a three week break in Australia...I think I might need it to recover!! Who are you going to leave Nero with, after all the work he needs a good spanking! Peter are we now in 50 shades of grey territory. Next DaveW will sugggest neoprene!!
