Not that special although I'd have thought the owner of AKL722 might think otherwise. Painted either from life or a photo I suspect. Although it is near to the observer, I think there is something wrong on the nearside headlight area - it look too big to my eye.

It's a 60 degree JAP on 18" wheels so at a guess, 1932 or 1933. Rather too much drop on the cross-head but that's quite a usual tweak when one retubes a chassis.
