No fancy photo's or video's, but a great drive to have a day with a friend in Staffordshire yesterday. Running late so had to blitz the M6 & had a very umm, spirited run, along the toll.
I wish I had great photos of the places I have been. Sadly, today, no.
I killed a deer today with my M3W. I was lucky. When she came out from the side, she hit the right fender and the right headlamp. The headlamp was sheered off and the fender had a few bruises but the rest of the car was untouched!
Deer was done. We had to wait for someone to come and finish the job.
This is not the first time I have done this. Last time it almost totaled the car I was driving. This time not so much.
As it happens, I was on my way to my dealer to change out the rear sprocket as it had been set up a few weeks ago. So we changed that out and eliminated the god awful noises coming from the rear. I ordered a new lamp assembly. We also talked of options to fix the very minor bends in the fender as well as clean up the goddam chicken tracks on the other fender as I do live on a farm and those little bird brains are every where...
I was not driving a motorcycle. I was driving a car. I hit a deer. I walked away. The deer did not.

Thought I'd throw this in. I became smitten with the Speaker LED lamps that Blake installed in his 3 Wheeler and ordered a pair last year. One thing I had forgotten to mention was that when I finally came to a stop about 100 yards after the strike I looked over as I heard the lamp bucket bouncing down the roadway after me, like it was trying to catch up! I distinctly remember saying "Hello there!" with a raised eye brow as it stopped directly across the road from me so I went to grab it before I walked back to assess the carnage and gore of the deer. . At least I didn't have to go searching for it . I dumped it into the car and forgot about it. I just retrieved it to take the bucket apart and pull the LED. Aside from minor abrasions on the front surface all else looks great. No damage to the radiator fins on the back at all. If I hook it up I just bet it will light!
