Refreshed my bevel box with Redline and the had a superb run round the back lanes of south Cheshire. As well as seeming quieter overall ( can only be a subjective view on a M3W ! ) , on overrun the car seems quieter and smoother so result ! Big smile.

That sounds like a result. Which 'fill' mark did you use Nippy? I'm about to refill mine with Redline, and there is debate whether to fill to the orange breather or the upper level above the drain hole, which is what I used last time I did it.

Hi Paul I used the red plastic capped breather as the fill orifice , and VERY VERY carefully made sure it was brimmed to that level. I initially filled using a funnel and plastic tubing , but found I was getting false 'its full' messages by leaks and dribbles. So I put the last 1/4 pint in using a small syringe and peering in with a torch so I could actually see the level - it helps Red line is actually bright dayglo red. This took an extra 15 mins or so but I felt better about having done it. I dont think you could do this from below - I had all the seat panels out to get full access.
