WOW P964, very sad to hear this, not good at all  It will be critical for your owners down under to have a dealer that is prepared to hold sufficient spare parts to meet the failure rates. Failures are well documented on the forum so a list is easy to put together. If you don't have easily obtainable spare parts the car will spend a lot of time off the road whilst you wait for them to be sent over - I can't imagine they will send everything by UPS! In NZ we dont have a dealer as such, more of an Agent. This means that there are no spares held in the country and quite frankly, they would need several complete cars worth to keep pace with the failures. My car will be off the road for for up to 10 months whilst the motor gets to be rebuilt by Morgan, fit new compensator and provide new bevel box. 6 months would be in waiting for any response and assistance from Morgan to agent. When this far away from the factory, customer service is non existant. My warranty has now expired whilst this is happening. So we will be more alone after this is sorted. So far a truly forgetable experience List of issues too depressing to enter here, ditto the months required to get any response out of morgan

Indeed. Disgraceful is not a word strong enough.
We here (Portugal) are in the same situation as NZ, we don't have a dealer, just an agent, therefore no spares or shop. I wonder where I'm going to do the maintenance of my M3W. Lisbon's Harley dealer, maybe ...
Meanwhile, no news from the front. Considering P964's horror tale I almost consider myself lucky because it's only been one full week of silence from the factory in my case.
Car still in Caramulo, thanks to the kindness of the museum owners. Should be a public atraction. "Behold, a two month, 2000 kms old car with its second set of exhausts cracked and an improved front suspension, assembled by the car maker himself, that doesn't fit the car and shows signs of constantly hitting the exhaust headers."
Still ... beautiful to look at. And with brand new exhausts, wonderful to hear.

I wonder if the Morgan board of directors ever read these posts ? If they do, then it is even more concerning that so little corrective action seems to be taking place.

Any other car builder could be envious and could wish to have such a great and competent pool of current owners of factory new products as TM represents it. Other (mass marked) car builders pump millions into market research to come closer to their cosumers usage, habbits and product experiences.
TBH I would bet the MMC board is reading all this posts especially concerning all current M3W issues. My feel is, they never faced such a situation and it could be the case that they don't have the right formula to cope with it. I could imagine a mix of fear and avoiding the elephant in the room. Much worser would it be (hopefully only in my fantasy) if attorneys should recommend them to hold back any information at least for a couple of time until solutions are in sight.

I am glad I dont have a morgan in scotland. As they will be foreigners next week. It would be good to sell it now before you cant get it serviced...

They simply cannot afford to deliver expectations. Too many3w produced before it was ready (in my opinion). In too deep. Embarrassing for all parties.

I've said it before - and got shot down in flames, but I think that Three Wheeler sales should have been 'managed' better, in other words the factory should have made less of them, developed them quicker and maintained a longer and real waiting list, which would have given them less warranty work to deal with and made the car far more desirable, after all, people always want what they can't have.
