The door seal was still in use in 2005, mounted on a turned up edge of metal. The improved seal does seem to work, because the louvres shape the leather, so it touches. I'll measure the grommet when I get back JTL, at the moment I'm in Derby.
And I've peeled the badge off for now..........

I think some fine inlay work in the dash in a contrasting wood, would be more in keeping

Put the badge back on fleabay. Got to be worth more now it's been on your Concours Morgan than any old Nissan!

JTL - grommet is 3.4cm edge to edge.

Sorry to say Dave, but the badge looks naff, more suited to the front of a Lambretta. You can do better than that.
