My former Plus 4 Super Sport was converted to LHD. I knew I would convert her before buying but MMC did Not want to build this 1 of 60 edition car as an LHD from scratch.
At least, and because she was brand new, MMC blessed the conversion made in Germany (before driving my first mile). MMC accepted LHD parts costs to apply against RHD parts where needed to swap - RHD parts were sent back to MMC via my dealer (this way swapping saved good money - i.e. for expensive parts like 3-turn LHD rack and pinion steering). So the total costs kept quite reasonable in my view.
You obviously need a new dash, new carpets, accelerator cabling, clutch etc. In my case some fluid tanks (I can´t remind, brake- and/or cooling water fluid) had to be changed to get space for the steering column.
Your car is probably a different story plus you have to get all the new parts needed from somewhere. Therefore my description is just an example that it could be realized, but who knows regarding your 4/4. But...everything is possible.
