Drove the dark green monster to South Kilworth to over to Nick Potter who is a caterham 7 /duratec expert and does Morgans as well to have a look at the alterations to original spec and get his ideas on any engine upgrades worth investigating and yep there are a few interesting ones looking likely !! Roll on the next upgrade .

Not today as working, they gave me a new Focus ST today. What a disappointment the seats were extremely uncomfortable to the point of being painful. It was as skittish as an Arab mare with the toque steer making it impossible to use all the power especially on the wet roads. Every time I booted it there was some kind of electronically produced engine/ exhaust noise piped in to the cabin, nearly drove me mad. Can't wait to get the 5 series Beemer back tomorrow.

Thank you,
That has ruled out a possible replacement for the Polo... (Not an ST, just a poor man's "economy" version!).

Yes, and as I'm finding with mine, the seating seems to match a go-kart... Have had a few rough weeks with back problems recently, some of which seem to be exacerbated by driving the Polo. The Mog is the most comfortable car I own at present, except that I couldn't depress the clutch pedal for a couple of days... So, need a different "shopping trolley"!

Was planning to take it to Shelsley for the Breakfast Club. One of my front indicators isn't working. Stripped down.....all corroded and needs to be replaced frown
