Mixed stuff

Interest in motors: Me checking for gasoline in my fathers 1952 SAAB - two cylinder, two stroke transverse engine, front wheel drive - of course.
Season over: Only four weeks from 'almost summer' to winter storm... snow ooo

Front end:
I find it interesting that the caster angle is less than 4 deg and have a feeling that it could perhaps contribute to my car being very sensitive to even the slightest unbalance. I have finally got rid of all kinds of vibrations even at 'higher' speeds after balancing my new wheels dynamically (weights in exactly the correct position on the rim).

Thank you all smile
SAAB is a 'driver's car and was technically ahead of many in it's segment for quite a long time. GM never understood what they had... a shame really. I personally loved the 2-stroke SAAB 93 love

Prices are climbing and finding one that has not been thrashed too hard will be difficult... drive

Climbing prices.. interesting.
Perhaps you will have to look abroad - Germany or even Sweden. I haven't checked the Swedish market though...

Maybe Thomas, but I wouldn't want a left hand drive...
Can be hard enough with the wheel on the "correct" side for this country!! grin2
