The only thing that ever overtook me on Haldon Hill was a Vantage howling away and I was well into 3 digits - I enjoyed the sound it made overtaking me though...
That left hander combined with the lane reduction sorts out the BMW's and Audi's to the lets back off lane and then you descend and they bottle out real early on the first lefthander as you watch in the mirror.
 Richard, Whow! Telegraph Hill in that plus 8 of yours makes me feel quite envious. My Volvo v70 180bhp will romp away up there but I dare not take it to three figures. The 4/4 1800cc struggles and is lost between 4th and 5th gear. Morgasmic its not.  Graham there is very little difference in bhp between the Volvo and the 3.9Ltr +8, probably 10 but the weight difference and CofG is quite considerable I would say. There was only two things I missed when I had my 4/4 Sport compared to my first +8 - the surefootedness they are just planted and this present one with the 7" X 16" Centre Locks & adjustable Koni's improves things further still and it's this confidence inspiring feel that allows this sort of cornering, but only in the dry...the soundtrack being the second. You will be enjoying twice my mpg figure of 19 Graham so you are well positioned for making more of your entertaining logs   for us all to enjoy.

Thursday I had an early Morgasm unlisted trying my tw on dry road with 15 ° C, I had just emptied my gas tank to put aviation gasoline after a few warm-km engine arriving on a large roundabout that I often frequent, there was no trace of petroleum products on the road after two accelerations rear tire slipped away so easily I'm stopping to see if the rear tire was punctured after the controlle I left tire at high speed by pushing the maximum engine speed until the ignition switch 3 and 4 speed , there was no trace of metal detonation engine with oil 90 ° C oil filter temperature, thereafter I stopped for 10 minutes continued to heat engine oil up to 110 ° C oil filter. After the second testing at 110 ° C still no traces of metallic noises maximum engine speed to cut the ECU box, I did not test until 5 maximum speed because the road was not suitable despite very rare car traffic. The motor seems exploitable 100% of its original capacitées a very short éssai after adding 50% drained previously SP98 BP remained positive.
The only problem is the cost of fuel and find it easily, adding two wings on the tw will help to refuel freely on air forces occasionally tracks.

Today I realized that my M3W was too violent Morgasm yesterday on the way back was a mechanical metallic noise the engine idling noise like a torque compensator, I thought it was from my compensator grease leaking from 5000km now. I was mistaken had a final Morgasm left engine support, it is interesting to have a grounding in good quality  Sorry for the picture quality.    Sorry for the picture quality.

Out on Saturday & Sunday but Saturday was best as there were 2 x 4/4s & 2 x M3ws. We had multiple Morgasms going through the tunnels on the A55 around Conwy changing gearing totally unnecessarily!
