We went out in Aldermog yesterday for a quick spin on a beautiful autumn day.
The sky was blue, the sun bright and the trees showing their autumn colours.
We didn't go far, but other than the one way trip to Williams quite soon it could be the last run in Aldermog.

The words of a great song came to mind:

The road test video of George was to the tune of Brown Sugar...it seems the Stones are linked to her.

Not wanting to put the Mocker on you Peter, but take your roadside assistance with you on your last drive with Aldermog. it wont want to leave you (Unless it was going to someone like JTL where it would get looked after exceptionally well)

Yesterday the sun shone and the roads were dry, so a perfect time to take our most recent aquisition for a spin.

Apart from the test drive, which was conducted on a horribly wet day, on busy roads, this is the first real drive since trailering the new car home on Sunday. In fact my first real drive of a Morgan, with the full compliment of wheels, so I was eager to find out what the magic was all about.

We only went out for 45 minutes, as time was against us, but suffice to say, I was not disappointed. We even waived to another Mog coming the other way, not far from Honiton.

All in all, a lovely drive in a lovely car, and what's more, my wife was even more enthusiastic than I was - always a good sign.

Powder Blue 4-Seater spied going through Bridge of Weir today about 2.00 pm. Was in the Kia, so no waves.

I week old tomorrow with nearly 700 miles on my new 4/4...blast up the Yorkshire coast through Pickering,Whitby,Scarborough,Filey and Bridlington....nice ride today...

Not seen I Morgan in 700 miles !!!

On the move tomorrow down to Twyning via Birmingham ..where have all the Morgans gone ? !!!!!

I normally don't see other Morgans when I am out in my plus4 but yesterday at our local shops was parked a series1 roadster. I parked behind it but no one materialised so off I drove after I got my spuds. It must be rare for two Morgans parked in a small village like Purton (Wiltshire).
