Robert , i have just seen on the map...
we could go to the Chablis region ... about 500km
Chablis- Figeac 500km
Figeac - Gogolin ( St Tropez) 500km
would be a perfect 3 days trip driving + days visiting ? !

Robert , i have just seen on the map...
we could go to the Chablis region ... about 500km
Chablis- Figeac 500km
Figeac - Gogolin ( St Tropez) 500km
would be a perfect 3 days trip driving + days visiting ? !
If you're planning that......."J'ai de bonnes adresses". My friends (on whose boat I race & even cruise occasionally) keep their Swan 43 next door in Port Grimaud, so I'm familiar with the trip down from Paris.

Ah...Cogolin!I moved from Figeac to be near the canals of Burgundy...a 6km/hr 'penichette' is my boat..a little diferent from yours on the Med I suspect!!!So Norbert,to find me aim for Roanne,not Figeac.You are welcome any time.Meabh..what a beautiful town Figeac is ,on the edge of the chestnut forests of the Segala

Were great holidays ! OK, i see on the map for Roanne... thanks !
