Sunny, drove along the Secret Coast, lovely.

First night time drive in Tarka: hood down: there is something special about driving in an open car at night.
Wasn't far, about 10 miles to meet two other LogMog couples, but great fun.
I discovered that Tarka has foot well lighting - and that the instrument dimmer has clearly been inherited from the the other Trads! It goes from off through dull straight to bright. It is nice that some things don't change!

Using the Morgan most days as a daily driver for business trips around Melbourne, try to avoid peak hour and stop start traffic but puts a smile on my face. Possibly the only Morgan used daily in Melbourne this way.?

2011 Good man Jeff!! Me too, and I KNOW I'm the only daily driver around Bristol - Police have taken to saying "morning Jeremy early/late start (as appropriate)" ! 60,000 service completed yesterday by Chunky. He really is a marvellous mechanic. Only problem was the price  - but I did have brake fluid flush too.

I managed a quick cobweb-clearing blast yesterday. My tin-top's winter tyres are stored on a mezzanine above where the Mog parks in the garage. I had to move it to get them down to install them (OH's were done a couple of weekends ago, rather perversely I'd been putting mine off until the weather improved...), it was a crisp -2 or so and, while not ideal conditions on the roads, we had a few days above zero to melt the early season snowfall. So the gentle roll out of the garage onto the drive somehow morphed into popping back into the house for hat, scarf and gloves, and a quick 15-mile trip to nowhere in particular  My winter Morganing hat is a triumph of function over form: it is a hideous electric-blue baseball cap with a fleece lined neck-and-ear bit that velcros together under the chin. I need the peak, though, due to a lack of sun visors, and it does prevent frostbite on the extremities, so I put up with the appalling aesthetic in the hope that passers-by will be looking at the car rather than the prat in the hat behind the wheel!

Took a chap out for a demo run this evening , nice and cool with roof off , the warmer the engine the more noise ! Setting of tomorrow morning for the Allon White breakfast meet !

Had a really good day, met up with IcePack at Gogmagog for a coffee and a good chat. Then went on to the other side of Stowmarket to fit a new design of WP Valance that fits between the overriders for a TM'er. Good drive there and back good Tea and home made bread with bacon and then mince pies to follow hot from the oven, marvellous thank you Glyn  Kind regards Cain

Drove over to see Tim Ayres at New Elms, then back. On the way back the "MIL" light came on. Proves the Plus 8 isn't all BMW...the ghost of Morgan Motor Company is ever lurking.
No idea why it came on. It will either go out or I'll have to connect up the OBD reader and find out.
