Especially if it only has a centre stand!

Seriously though, it strikes me that vehicles like the M3W sneak around lots of legislation because the bureaucrats simply had no idea that anyone was likely to go back to building something akin to a cyclecar. Sticking the M3W's head above the parapet to argue about the nuances of licensing might just bring it attention that we don't want. Once the bureaucrats realise that it is out there they might want to put a stop to it.

On a self interest note I could add that as I have a full car and bike license and an M3W, I'm all right Jack!

As an aside, a Police Sergeant who was looking at my M3W did ask how they got it past the pedestrian protection rules, he seemed to appreciate my reply that it was just designed to cauterise any wounds at the point of impact.

My bike has some 430kg, Some additional 23 liters of petrol, Add some luggage (additional 20kg, )than me, a well built guy and place my wife on the rear seat (but she's a slim one.)..
Without my wife on board the MTW may be very similar in weight to the fully equipped touring bike.

I have a Slingshot on order (since July 27th)and have kind of been keeping up with them in the mean time. Yes the steering is adjustable...and Polaris made changes to the geometry after the pre-production models started to reveal some minor issues. That's what R&D is about...and it really works out for the best when the R&D work is done before going into full production.

As the video indicates, the Slingshot can't touch the Morgan in the "cool factor" department...but mechanically?...I think that gap is just as broad.

Though I'm still patiently waiting for mine, I can't wait for a first-hand comparison.

I notice that there was some reference in the test to drive line noise with the Slingshot, I wonder if Polaris are also having problems getting the bevel box quiet as well?
