http://nl.autoscout24.be/Details.aspx?id=149012865For sale in Germany, made out of carbon fibre and apparantly 450 hp.  Does anybody know more about this car? Is it possible to extract that kind of horsepower out of the v8 in such a small enginebay?

I wonder of the owner is a little confused. The hardtop is carbon fibre (as is the boot lid iirc) but unless he had the rest of the panels made in carbon fibre, that's where it ends.
If he has had the panels remade in carbon, the cost would have been staggering - and the asking price seems too low if that were the case.
450bhp may be wishful thinking without a supercharger or a larger engine - so again, it would be interesting to see if he had a dyno sheet to back up that claim.

OK picture with the hardtop is a series 1 surely and not a new car. Picture below is an Aero America series with the side abomination, not sure about this but I didn't think they were makng series 4 with the America bits? Lastly I didn't think the series 4 was out in Jan 08 as this car purports to be. Of course I don't speak German so could have completely mis-understood it all  ETA British contact numbers??? Not you is it Yuri

Also.. if you had a Carbon Aero.... probably costing in excess of £50k's work of carbon work alone...
Would you leave the stock interior mirror and steering wheel on the car??
I think it's a Mk1 with a carbon hard top.
The front lower grill has been removed, as have the wipers,

Very strange the website is in Dutch but the spec part is in German & the phone number is a UK one. It suggests it is a prototype , one of a kind & yes made from catbon fibre & first registered 1/08.

there is another fake morgan-for sale-ad on that site (belgium)
don't mind,
the Morgan-section on another "second-hand sales"-website is full with fake (marlin or so)
