Just wondering, how long does it take for a Plus 4 (or any model for that matter) to go from officially being "in build" to popping out at the other end as a sparkly new Morgan?
Having asked that, no doubt it varies from model to model and the time of year.

Hi scratched In conversations with Brands Hatch Morgan I am thinking of upgrading to a plus 4 from my 4/4 I was told if I had put in an order now would be delivered in April. If thinking seriously of buying remember there is a special offer on for free 'any choice leather and mohair hood ' which will probably finish this month and April will show an increase of at least 5%. Please note am not a morgan salesman just giving the info.

I was more thinking of the time to build the car from when the factory presses the start button to the car coming out of PDI at the other end.

As I can remember from having my +4 built at that time (2009) the told us it takes 17 working days.

April will show an increase of at least 5%. Where is 5% from? - UK inflation rate is currently at 1.3% If accurate, they are in danger of impacting sales.

My Roadster was ordered on 25/09/14, build started on 29/09/14 and the car was collected by the dealer on 11/11/14. Any subsequent delays before delivery were courtesy of the DVLA.

My 4/4 build started on 24th February 2014 and I drove it away on 3rd April.
There was a little delay in getting the car due to a clash with Geneva Motor Show and the DVLA introducing a new method for registering vehicles which meant MMC had to apart to a new system.
At the time I made my order I was told prices would increase by about 3% a year but comparing price lists for one year to next you can see the increases are not uniform across the range or even extras so, in my experience, the estimate of increases was not very accurate.
