The problem in being young is that you have all the urges, but none of the means (in most cases). This is a valuable life lesson in teaching the value of stuff. The problem in being an adult of a certain age without mortgage or kids is that the urges remain, but so do the means. So you can do pretty much what you want............... Hopefully some restraint is available. The risk with test driving any car is that you'll end up with it. The vaccine is to take  with you at all times.

Imagine that if you buy one over the life of its tenure you will lose shall we say £10K. If you hire one at say £200 per day that's 50 days for £10K . Say we get 4 months of sunny weather a year or 16 weekends that's 3 years of trouble free sunny weekends in a M3W. Sounds like a bargain to me.

Better to get a caterham ,they start at £9k s/h , doesn't matter which one they are all incredible and are classics , at home on track or road , you can get a half hood so can drive in the rain unlike an Atom. owned mine for nearly ten years , never boring , enjoying the more relaxed mog though !

That's funny. Definitely fix the issue by booking the second rental before you go out in it. This will ensure you know the itch is already scratched before the devils set in.
