Just got my Jan 2015 Miscellany and a couple of tasty Morgans are advertised on page 37/38 :

Firstly, any 4/4 that Harvey has sorted is bound to be a good 'un, so does anyone have his private number to hand?

Failing that, Mr Grainger's Plus 4 Plus sounds excellent value at £875 but again no phone number in advert.

Am I missing something ? crazy2

I quite liked the sound of Mike Duncan's Plus 4 in the stop press section at the bottom of page 38 for £500, definitely worth the extra £50 for the spares. Phone number supplied but I could have sworn he moved from Halesowen some time ago?

You need to jump in your time machine and nip back to 1968 I'm sure the phone numbers were in the original Ad rofl

Yes he died about 12 years ago. He lived a couple of miles away from where I now live.

He was a founder member of the Northern Centre (Norcemog) of the MSCC.

The latest edition of the MSCC magazine Miscellany has a couple of pages of a reprint of the club's newsletter from the 1960s Dhango. Interesting to see the prices back then.
And to see Andy G's Wanted advertisement smile A 'new' race car no doubt!!

Oh, man, I was BORN in the '60s. You're lucky, you still have the pound. In fifty years we changed our currency like five times.
