I think that it goes very well with the tan upholstery.
The standard wheel is definitely not the car's best feature, it's pretty clunky and seems to be designed to obscure the rev counter to maximum effect! The thinner rim and flattened top spokes of the M-L wheel help here a lot. Some say it doesn't feel as comfortable to the hands as the standard wheel, but hands up all those who bought a M3W for its comfort!
I also have a thin(ner than regular) SW in the M3W, in my case the Brooklands model, but I think its radius is smaller than yours.
As BurgundyMog I have a Mota Lita wheel model fitted to my Plus 4 (very similar to the one you have in your M3W) and I like the "feel" of that wheel a lot (and to add it looks great too!)
That moto lita looks great. Matches the "traditional" colour of the car too. Good choice

Mine came with this one randomly fitted from the factory (actually now I've found the video it looks more like the Westfield one than the standard wheel!). I guess they had it from a supplier so just stuck it on a car. I've since switched to a Brooklands though.

This wheel in your photo was the "new" wheel that was to be used on 2013 models, but it seems that only a handful of M3W went out with this wheel. When my car was being built in December 2012 the dealership offered the choice of that wheel or the standard one.

It looks great, but just needs to be 1" smaller Mine was an 11" Motolita and it was perfect, but I understand that most people consider that to be not in keeping with the period of the car. Mind you, I did of course have the Empire kit fitted, which lightens the steering up considerably. :xmasgrin:

Love the traditional look of the wheel. I have been thinking of changing mine but cannot run to £400 odd for a Brooklands. Could you advise the part number, is it 14 inch wheel, was there any problems fitting it to the existing hub? Cheers
