We call that flag the wives flag in England as it features a Dragon - it is in fact the Welsh National flag.

Did about 500 kmhs this weeekend, nothing to report on the exhaust front (they're reaching 1000 kms, I guess we'll know soon if this issue is a thing of the past), but I have to say that on the way back home, and thankfully very near to Lisbon one of my front Suplex shocks snapped in what was a big, and potentially dangerous, failure. It was the shock that previously was frequently hitting the exhaust, or close enough to be constantly working under "boiling" temperatures, not sure if that could be cause for what happened. I will hold more on this subject until I contact Suplex and Morgan, and hear from them both, I'd really like to have the shock in question checked by its maker before trying to reach any conclusions, but I can't let this information remain withheld from fellow M3W owners with Suplex front shocks. Please check both your front shocks and see, in each of them, if the inner piston is tightly/fully screwed to the top of the shock. Here a couple of pictures to even out the perplexities that you may have from my poor technical English:
