There are some sailors here even though this isn't a 'boaty' forum.

Thanks for posting this. A really great video.

A boat can bring you so much joy if its power or sail bit like a Morgan really.

That was taken in '91.
Vessel is long gone now. And at 264,000 GRT probably too big for Milford Haven.
Sorry to hear your daughter will be made redundant. The Chief Mate you can barely see in the photo was there for 3 (ish) years as Port Captain (or something similar) but that finished around 8 years ago. Had spells in London office and Perth (WA), now back in London again. Retiring shortly...

Loved the Hawaii and back video. It really brought back my ARC+ crossing last year. Some of you may like this - http://youtu.be/X-nBwcR4n_A
It's a five minute collection of my gopro film and various photographs from the trip from Las Palmas to Cape Verdes and then on to St Lucia, which was knocked together for a presentation to the charity one of the crew was raising money for.
Not very 'Morgan', but sailing gives me similar pleasure.

Yes, Giles. Well spotted! My friend bought it in Sweden 3 years ago, having sold his 380. I helped him bring it back - exciting sail with the 2 of us. The Atlantic was much easier. 5 to Cape Verde including 2 Italians, one of whom was the boat's original owner. He left there, and the 4 of us did the leg to St Lucia.
It is a lovely boat - a different league to my Achilles 840, and my 20% stake in an Impala. I'd do it again tomorrow if my wife would let me have another 6 weeks away. (Some chance!)

That's the rub, isn't it. I long to find a way to free up some time to do all the things I'd love to do (such as an atlantic circuit) before I'm too old and decrepit. My wife even quite likes sailing, so that isn't even the issue !!!
