Morgan Cars Australia have announced the 3 Wheeler is now available for sale in Australia. An update was posted on the local website. The Aussie 3 Wheeler looks a little different to those available elsewhere in the world due to it being treated as a car by the regulators.....which also has flow on implications with taxation laws. Regardless, I think having a 3 Wheeler available for sale in Australia is a great achievement for all those involved in the amazingly long and difficult approval process. Local motoring press have said most people would have given up trying long ago, and I am sure high volume importers would not have bothered. It will be fantastic to see the M3W on Aussie roads. Time to have a serious play with the M3W configurator.....

Good news!
I like the raised headrests with infill pads and "no windscreens", also the exhaust wrap, hope they offer these options in other markets. Likewise reversing lights, why not?
The raised front indicators look odd, although I understand why they wanted them more visible, but why couldn't they be mounted on top of the front mudguards?
If the new mirrors work above 50 mph it will be a real improvement..!!
Sad about the steering wheel, it looks horrible but at least it provides an opportunity for the after market people! Actually I think the airbag fitted wheel from the Plus 8 would have been far better!

Finally, what is the additional ducting on the front of the engine?.
Seems to be "safety stuff" which most likely can be removed easily after purchase

Fantastic for the Australian importer who had the determination to push it through the ADR process. I just can't see them selling a lot at a base model price of AUD $90,000 plus delivery and on-road charges.
Keys in the hand that will be about GBP £50,000 or EUR €65,000

Whilse I am thrilled for the Aussies on here that you will also be able to enjoy the M3W experience, what on earth do your ADR people smoke to think that this is a nicely executed design job?! That moustache air intake and all the other safety gumpf on the engine look utterly ridiculous in my view. I know that every country is different, but man alive, that's a visual challenge if ever I saw one  Considering all the bugs, critters and creatures that can kill you in Aus, I'd have thought that a handful of hot tricycle engines on the roads would be the least of your worries! It will however give you loads of opportunities for aftermarket work to get them back to 'normal' again...
