The boss fitted onto the steering wheel directly needs some smaller cut outs. To get the Airbag working it is necessary to add some resistors (or one) into the airbag loom. The first conversion hasn`t been done from us, the guy who has developed this conversion tested the result by letting one Airbag explode...
For details I would need to ask my boss ;-)

But we made different conversions, this to the long time factory steering whhel. Ok, wood is not what everyone likes, but it is another option to Aero steering wheels.

looks fantastic: I need to find a BMW wheel that has an airbag and paddle shift... I'm working on it, but any suggestions welcome!

One idea was the Alpina Z8...this had paddle shift, but it isn't clear if it is available now.



Could you tell me who made the dash? As Jays said the MIG clock in the centre looks simply fantastic.

Will post the correct one. Looks fine the Z8 wheel with paddles.
Don`t know if that one is still available, they are rare and hard to get for an acceptable price...
