save Pictures with different size
please allow me to give a hint about the picture size. It is very easy to change the file size. Go to the file open with Office Picture Manager. click on Picture change and then on document. You will see as attached the original file size was 667 kb and is now 123 kb. Save the change and that's it. There is no need to make a new picture.
