As above - I can't wait! Even though my car is only 2 months old I want it to be in better than new condition. I'm having the paint corrected and ACF50 applied to make it easier for 'my man' to look after in future. He has already corrected other cars in my collection and I feel safe letting him loose on the trike.
It will be very interesting to see the paint depth readings and how it stands up to a good buffing.

1560 did this when he had his 3w, there was a detailed report about it by the detailer, would be interesting to find his post again, they corrected a lot of things. I looked into doing the same but the price put me off!

It is very shiny!! Ed has catalogued his work and it will pop up somewhere soon. I'm taking the car to a mini gtg at Brooklands on Sunday with some Merc chums so you are welcome to join us. Ed is going as well.
One thing he did say was that the car was better to work on than he expected but the paint thickness varied enormously, to the point where he was barely able to correct it for fear of going through.

The roads are still very salty so more detailing will be needed. Took mine out last sunday and despite it being a fine dry day it got plastered in fine white powder.......loads of salt. Itching to use the 3 wheeler but salt is evil stuff!
