I had a rear puncture which was fixed by the dealer. Including a new tyre the bill was about 450 quid !!

What I want on the Morgan's rear wheel is a hard-wearing tyre of good quality but moderate performance. I do not want too much grip.
Spot on! If we wanted good rear wheel grip we'd all be driving Caterhams.

after a puncture of the rear tire there 15 days I started a Toyo Proxes cf2, I can not yet give an opinion on this tire because the roads are not very clean at the moment, he acted as the Yokohama for now

I have MMC fitted Avon zz3s on the Plus 8 as I was told that Yokohama don't offer a tyre to fit the 19" Aeromax wheels fitted. They seem to do the job, but the back end is a bit wayward on cold wet roads if the loud pedal is used to effect.
I have Toyo Proxies on the BMW and they seem to grip very, very well and are not wearing much, but with only 184 bhp and 4WD it is not surprising.

It's interesting that you have Toyos on your BMW. I got Pirelli 255/45 R20 on my Audi. Still not sure if that changes the grip or slip on my M3W but convinced that the dimension will not fit the TW.
Four wheel drive or one wheel drive provides a slight difference in road behaviour I noticed yesterday when I put some milage on the Threewheeler. The Moggy had a strong tendency of oversteering which I did not notice driving the Audi on the same roads.

Selecting the best rubber for the M3W rear roller is an interesting question.
Given its importance to grip I'd be tempted to go for something like an all weather Vredstein, but it might not last that long and changing the tyre isn't easy.
On the subject of changing the rear tyre I wonder, does the M3W rear hub support a modern run flat tyre? If it is compatible then I'd be very tempted....
Be interested to know what you choose.
