New to Talk Morgan

A quick trip yesterday
I had to use my Plus 8 yesterday to go to a customer meeting. A round trip of about 20 miles. Security at the customer watched as I parked up on their CCTV so I had a 'Morgan' conversation with them as I entered the building. Leaving the customer while stopped at a set of lights I get 'honked' by a couple of likely lads in the van next to me to answer their burning question ... 'How much is a car like that mate ?'. Then finally as I'm washing it in the drive after I got home, a nice lady walking a dog compliments it as well. All part of the Morgan 'experience' that we know and love :-) So I took a couple of snaps to record the occasion.

Had to use the plus 8, eh?
I get the same interested and cheerful response driving my Plus 8 round the Chilterns. Same centrelock wheels on my car but I saw some ex-plus 8 spokes for sale and did wonder about changing.

Have not met any driver or pedestrian who has reacted against the Mog , here's hoping it stays that way !

Just that ignorant Riley owner in Whitby 2013 . After being nice to him and saying I had a Morgan " he replied " poor you " jumped into it and shot away . I did not see any people around this old Riley sports car , think he frightened them away , most mog owners have to climb over them to get near the mog. Have not met any driver or pedestrian who has reacted against the Mog , here's hoping it stays that way !
