The 2014 Plus 8 sitting in my garage is far better put together than the 2009 Roadster was and at 17005 miles is showing only a couple of small signs of wear. The worst is where the seat belt runs over the leather piping on the seat edge and has marked it.

Otherwise with a couple of hours spent detailing the car it looks like new.

Mechanically it is seemingly untouched by its use: the under bonnet is spotless, there are no creaks or rattles and everything works as well as it did when it left the factory. Of course the instrument lights still only have 3 positions, off, very nearly off and dim.

SO, if they keep up the same standard with the Series 5 Aero 8 there should be a lot of happy customers. But I'll stick with what I have, mostly because I still prefer the trad look, but also because my wife has threatened divorce should I seriously suggest another change...

On reflection I think it has a very James Bond look about it .Perhaps the British film industry could support one of the last remaining British sports car companies in their next 007 adventure . I'm sure Aerotaff, Ray and Sospan would make good extras on a remake of octopussy...........? Lol

What about the bond girls.

Aerotaff is converting his Aero to be a submarine too, just has to cure some leaks...

Don't tell Nat she'll make me have a clear out!........007 parks his new 2015 Aero outside the Halfway Inn and walks into the bar and takes a seat next to a very attractive woman. She says I like the motor Dai ,he says it's Bond James Bond and that's a Morgan aero 8 actually , as he glances at his watch .The woman notices this and asks,"is your date running late?"
"No " he replies ,I've just been given this state of the art watch by Q and I was just testing it "
The intrigued woman says,"a state of the art watch ? What's so special about it ?"
"It uses alpha waves to telepathically talk to me " he explains.
"What's it telling you now ?"
"We'll it's telling me that you're not wearing any knickers ......!
The woman blushes and giggles and replies,"we'll it must be broken because I am wearing knickers !"
Bond tuts, taps his watch, and says ,"damm thing must be an hour fast!"
