Gentleman never wear baseball caps here in the UK. There are many forms of headwear equally suitable, but those abominable caps, alongside those who use a motor mower on a Sunday, indicate a certain character and suggest that perhaps the white socks and sandals are never far away..
From this moment on I am wearing white socks (from pound land of course) + Jesus creepers .... well it would be wrong not eh!! and finally to top it off a reverse baseball cap with "whats a trad" written on it ...... anyone else going to join me
I have a photo of my solicitor in the mog with a baseball cap back to front a tatty old tee shirt on old trainers and jeans . Its a wonder I was not pulled up as a drug runner , his excuse he is in a tin flute all week.
Baseball cap for summer and mild days in winter. It's a Morgan one now faded but does the biz. Never blown off but has a clip for attaching to my collar " just in case". I also have a white flat cap, Morgan bobble hat for Morvan charity North Cape run, furry trapper hat from Estonia( fake fur). Haven't tried a knotted handkerchief yet though...
That sounds like the collection I have. M&S trappers hat for winter, bobble hat for when it not sunny, Morgan cap(s) for when it is sunny.
Even if I wanted to wear a cloth/tweed hat (which I don't) my head is the wrong shape for them, they either sit on top of my head like a frog, or slide off.
BTW my half full pint is always dark and hoppy, Fullers 1845 bottle conditioned if JTL is listening.
Sorry guys but I can't imagine anything more naff as headgear in a Morgan than a baseball cap. If you really must wear a peaked cap in a Mog it has to a cricket cap

You might consider the convict cap but at the moment I wouldnt be seen dead in an England one
