Good morning Helge and welcome to TM! Well...you are certainly jumping in at the deep end; I'm sure you will have great fun with the Three Wheeler.
Morgan Three Wheelers have a connection with Norway. Have a look at Driven at Heart which is the epic charity run the factory did in 2013 up to Nordkapp and back in a number of Morgan's including a Three Wheeler in aid of the Marfan Trust.

M3W- probably the most fun you can have on wheels!! As others have said- learn how to wave , change gear and steer- all at the same time!

Look forward to hearing about your first drives. I bought a four wheeled morgan (+4) for similar reasons to you (although I'm a bit older) and have enjoyed every moment driving it. You may find that you smile a lot while doing so!

I am sure you have made the right choice , driving a Morgan is all about the driver being at one with the car, no driver aids, just feel and reaction. It will take you some time to adjust (at least 6 months) so don't worry of it doesn't feel "right" immediately.

There is a lot of torque from that V-twin engine so be a little careful with the throttle until you get used to it , especially in the low grip surfaces like snow and ice (which I know you have a lot during the Norwegian winter)

A warm welcome from Italy. I understand exactly your thinking about buying the Morgan to replace your bikes. We bought ours for exactly that reason. We have found the Plus 4 an ideal alternative to a bike for long distance touring.

Helge welcome you seem to already have that Morgan spirit I have a 4/4 but have driven the early and later M3W and loved it! Trouble is have no room in my garage for it! So it will be hiring one every so often!

Thanks a lot for the many welcomes, It feels great, and also with great support for my spontaneous hoping-to-have-fun-on-the-roads buying of the M3W. I need this support as I really don't enjoy spending lots of money on what is NOT within the box of modern, safe and sensible family life; a life full of common sense. But on the other hand I have a strong inner-child telling be to live while I can. For simple transportation-tasks I have my 15 year old Toyota HiAce. I don't need more of a car for those tasks.

In the distant future I will sit on the old-peoples-home and NOT regret this action - I know. That future history is now :-)

Hope this is not out of range of the Talk Morgan. Anyhow; am done now and promise in the future to focus on telling about driving experience, pictures etc etc.

Great initiative for support of the 9000 having this serious condition (which I have never heard of). Hope the trip and the nature was a kick for those participating, as a bonus on the side of the main task of collecting money.
