Looking seriously good. I am particularly liking the front suspension mods.

Lawrie, you had better carry plenty of spare radiator bobbins, They really don't like being used in tension, and tend to separate...
Also how are you dealing with the problem of the low shaft speed damping, as the steering moves from lock to lock. Its not a problem with "cheap" dampers as they struggle to damp small or very slow shaft movements, but proper racing dampers will and do- It makes the steering feel a little odd and inconsistent....

Simon @ Mulfab The top rad mount is in the correct position mate but yes I agree I will be carrying a few bobbins with me, plus this car gets a good going over after every race. Now with the front suspension setup I'm still learning every day. I've had a group of very good suspension engineers work out all the loads, rates and movement etc. I will report as we go along. If I don't try I will never know

Lawrie - how about some sponsorship from Quantum and getting the car sprayed up the same combo as the dampers

You have done some good looking development work there.
Looking at the car as a whole it certainly has the potential to succeed.
99.999% certain to be at the open day and can't wait to see her in the flesh.
The teases in updates so far have been good too.
Keep them coming.
Afterthought......just use "go faster tape" to gain that "extra" ...very popular back in the 60's!
