If wheel cleaning spray gets on the front discs they will get a film of rust before you've finished washing the car! no doubt there is some acid of some kind in it. Requires copious rinsing with fresh water and then a short drive to clean off the discs.

Better to use soap solution I think.

I think other comments covered it all. Good luck.
I always drive mine around the block after washing.

When washing the wheels remove them first (that is why mine are filthy I don't want sticking brakes - not that I am lazy or anything innocent)

After jacking up the rear I have established that the rear wheels are free.
Now I will try and get the front wheels to turn.
Any additional info on freeing up the front discs?

Eureka!
I successfully un stuck the front discs with the gearbox in first gear quite easily. In reverse it wouldn't budge and being parked up against the garage wall I had to jack the front up then back up a few feet so I could drive forward.
I will now always dry my discs prior to putting away in the garage.
Thanks for all the helpful information guys.

Good news...
Another solution is to reverse into the garage...
