I have just started reading 'Morgan Sports Cars - the early years' by Jake Anderson and Chris Chapman and in there they say HFS applied for a patent on the 4-wheeler in September 1914 which was granted on 13 May 1915 (Patent no. 19467) but the 4 wheeler project was quietly shelved when sales for the 3-wheeler took off.
I hadn't realised that the car had been recreated.
The museum sounds like a great destination for a day out.
