Possibly looks like a legit older Morgan. The "not right" look might be because it's running the original springs and not running 70 profile vintage tyres.

But that would just be me guessing wink

That car needs a little attention (imho complete rebuild). Herald front axle, fibreglass panels, and look at the steering wheel ...
Can you imagine what the wood is like if the whole rest is such a mess?

It can't be a mog, note the handbrake.
I guess someone has crafted morgan bits onto a kit car.

The entire interior is a mess.

Like Viper's Bond Bug, this thing is a mess and definately doesn't deserve to wear the Morgan wings. ooo

it has herald instruments to match the front end, how would that attach to a Morgan chassis? The gearbox cover looks like it might just of been bodged togther due the 1600 crossflow engine and box...

ACH 473A is on DVLA's database as a Morgan.
I suspect it was a pure Morgan that has been modified for trialing at some stage.
The trans tunnel is X-flow, that handbrake would be a pain in the elbow...
As for the present bid price, I echo Boshly there!
